Who we are

Getting in touch
The email and Instagram links open your own app, and nothing is sent until you press send. What you send us is used only to reply to you.
The feedback form
Our feedback form lets you tell us what we could do better. Your name and email are optional, so you can leave feedback anonymously. When you press send, what you typed is emailed to us at info@dockandbrew.com through Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself does not keep a copy. We use it to improve the shop, and if you left your email and ticked the box, to reply to you. We keep it only as long as we need it to act on it.
The chat assistant
The “Ask” assistant is an automated AI front desk. Your question is sent to our website’s server and answered by an AI model running on Cloudflare. We do not ask for your name or contact details there, and you should not type anything sensitive. Questions are not used to train any model.
Fonts, maps, video and hosting
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps, which means your browser connects to Google. The site and its videos are hosted on Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@dockandbrew.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
